Abstract


Entering 2015 era as an era of Asian Community, there are some of adjustments that need to be followed by the society which moves in the field of education. Such as changes style of the new management and changes in the curriculum. Asian Community will integrate three pillarseconomics, politics, socio-cultural. In line with the enforcement of Asian Community in the end of 2015, labor market competition will be strict and rising. If investigated from human resources, the people of Indonesia which move in the field of education are not ready yet to compete with other countries. In addition to the limitation in communicating in a foreign language, mental readiness, and quality of educators is also limited. Asian Community allows foreign workers worked in a foreign country. It means, educators in Indonesia may come from overseas. In Jakarta there are many educators who do not come from Asia only but also come from America, and foreign educators tend to be more appreciated than local educators themselves. The government needs to improve the quality of Indonesia’s educators. Besides, needs to invite the public to support Indonesia’s educators do the task as educators well even able to compete with educators from overseas. To prevent educators colonized in their own country, there needs to be some mandatory requirements for foreign workers who want to work in Indonesia. Such as, obligation mastering Indonesian and obligation having a certificate to educate that can be set through educational management.
