Abstract
Corn is the main commodity produced in Ngombak and Kalimaro village. However, there are no efforts from the villager to diversify food processing from corn. In the other hand, in 2017 people in both villages already pioneered the cultivation of red ginger in polybags. But still there are no efforts to process those ginger. This program is aimed to make diversification in corns and gingers processed in Ngombak and Kalimaro Village. For the method of this program, we used presentation with module. We also did practical session of food processing from corn and ginger, followed by packaging and evaluation practice. All of the method was done with pretest and posttest. The results of this program showed the enthusiasm of the participants from the two villages was very high. This result can be seen through the participation of villager in presentation and practical session and also in pretest and posttest result. The success of this activity can be seen from the increased knowledge and skills of participants in processing products from corn and ginger.
