Abstrak

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh metode Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS kelas V SD Supriyadi Semarang”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk Pre-Experimental Desaign dengan desain One Pretest-Posttest Desaign. Hasil analisis peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang dihitung menggunakan uji t-test dan uji ketuntasan belajar. Untuk perhitungan uji t-test diperoleh thitung sebesar 2,175 dan ttabel 1,684. Karena thitung>ttabel maka H0 ditolak artinya ada pengaruh hasil belajar IPS setelah mengggunakan metode Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition. Selain itu, pada perhitungan ketuntasan belajar klasikal pada posttest menunjukkan pencapaian sebanyak sebesar 79%. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SD Supriyadi Semarang. Pada uji korelasi digunakan untuk memperoleh hubungan antara hasil belajar siswa dengan metode Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition dan diperoleh r= 0,617278619 dan dapat disimpulkan ada korelasi yang signifikan.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this research is to know the influence of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition method to the learning outcomes of IPS class V SD Supriyadi Semarang”. This type of research is a quantitative research in the form of Pre-Experimental Desaign with the design of One Pretest-Posttest Desaign.The results of the analysis of student learning outcomes are calculated using the test t-test and test mastery learning. For the calculation of t-test test obtained t count of 2.175 and t table 1.684. Because tcount> ttabel then H0 rejected means there is influence learning IPS after using the method of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition. In addition, the calculation of mastery of classical learning on posttest shows achievement of 79%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the learning method of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition has an effect on the learning outcomes of social studies students of grade V SD Supriyadi Semarang. In the correlation test used to obtain the relationship between student learning outcomes with the method of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition and obtained r = 0.617278619 and it can be concluded there is a significant correlation.
