Abstract


Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan media gambar seri terhadap kemampuan menulis karangan sederhana siswa kelas III SDN 02 Cabean. Dilihat pada kemampuan menulis karangan siswa, Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk Pre-Eksperimental Design dengan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data dalam penelitian ini di peroleh melalui observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis angket hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah diberi perlakuan menggunakan media gambar seri mengalami peningkatan sebesar 84%, serta berdasarkan hasil uji-t diketahui Thitung>Ttabel atau 6,018089 >2,11 . Kesimpulannya media gambar seri terbukti efektif terhadap kemampuan menulis karangan sederhana siswa.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of the series drawing media on the ability to write simple essay of grade 3 students of SDN 02 Cabean. Judging from students' writing ability, this type of research is a quantitative research in the form of Pre-Experimental Design with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data in this study was obtained through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The result of questionnaire analysis of the students' learning result before and after being treated using the series image media has increased by 84%, and based on the result of t-test known tcount> ttable or 6,018089>2,11. In conclusion the drawing media series proved effective against the ability to write simple essay students.
