In the face of competition between universities both domestically and abroad in the Era of MEA, the higher education in Indonesia must immediately improve and develop its management system to obtain the graduates of high-quality and highly competitive. One of the factors that affect the quality of graduates are the lecturers, because the lecturers who interact directly with students and have high authority in the academic process. The role of the lecturers are as professional educators and scientists with the main task of transforming, develop, and disseminate science, technology, and the arts through education, research, and community service. So that the lecturers can optimally of the role to produce quality graduates required: the standard for implementation of the Higher Education Tri Dharma, education and training, work culture, effective communication, work motivation, evaluation and supervision, information and communication technology, and occupational health and safety system.
