To improve human resources in higher education conducted by the approach of work culture. Work culture is part of the culture of an organization that consists of patterns of behavior and values that are agreed upon members of the organization of the higher education in performing their duties. The goal is to maintain the positive behaviors and values that exist and to accept and adjust to the positive values of the various organizations its good their performances.
