Abstract


Continuous improvement of quality educators need to be addressed. Coaching and training model was already pretty good. The new model which is developed at the university teacher is Lesson Study model. This model will guide educators to improve the quality of teaching. Lesson study is a cycle of three activities (plan, do, and see). Teachers with the community draft thematic learning in “plan” activities. In “do” activity, educators in a particular community will watch together the model teacher practice the design that they made together. In “See” activity, educators discuss activities to reflect the learning that has been done. Low-grade educators always collaborate with the community to solve learning problems. Activity plan, do, and see performed 3 times so it can make the model teachers know the exact of the ideal practice of thematic learning.
