This paper uses primary and secondary datas obtained from visits and interviews to industrialsof salt, wheat flour and cooking palm oil in Central Java includes a process for the production phase micronutriens fortification and product testing. KIO3 analysis results obtained on 30 samples of salt from the 14 samples that do not qualify, for all eligible wheat flour3 samples are accordig SNI but 3 samples for cooking palm oil so 2 samples were not yet according with standard.. Industry should play animportant role for the success of fortification programs to combat diseases caused by micronutrient deficiencies by way of appliedSNI- 3556-2010 for the consumption of iodized salt, -SNI 3751: 2009 for wheat flour and SNI 7709 : 2012 for cooking palm oil as well as the necessary supervision of the authoritie
