Abstract


In the year 2045, Indonesia will have a demographic bonus that is productive age more than not-productive age. The demographic bonus will contribute to the advancement of the nation or even be disastrous, depending on how we set it up. It is a challenge for the whole stakeholeder education, especially in schools. As the spearhead in school, the teacher responsible be effective teachers and presenting effective teaching in order to meet the golden generation of 2045. Therefore, a basic concept as the basis to act and act bestpractices as an example. The purpose of this study focuses on: (1) a step to meet the golden generation; (2) the effective teachers and effective teaching; and (3) learning model that "creates" golden generation. The study used a method of analysis and synthesis of some of the relevant literature. The results of this study include: (1) One way to meet the golden generation of 2014 is to achieve universal primary education; (2) Meets the 21st Century human resources by presenting effective teaching and be effective teachers; and (3) models of effective learning in order to meet the golden generation of 2045 include: Problem Based Learning (PBL), Project Based Learning (PjBL), Discovery Learning, and Inquiry Learning.
