Applications for Arts in Education for Guidance and Counselling services which have been  implemented in theory and practice at the Institute of Teacher Education is to promote creative and innovative thinking, problem solving through exploration activities, gain experience (experiential) and expression, as well as the ability to learn through  multiple intelligences. This art application fosters an atmosphere of pleasure in guidance and counselling in addition of reasionalising the national education vision for the holistic development of the individual in terms of intellectual, emotional, spiritual and physical and fulfill the aspirations of the Malaysian Education Blueprint 2013-2025 to ensure that every student reaches his full potential. This paper discusses the artistic creativity in providing guidance and counseling services, especially in primary schools in line with 21st century learning.
