Abstract


Background push this research is still a lack of interest of the students towards a math lesson so that the value of student learning outcomes become less. In addition, teachers are also less creative use of media in learning models and learning in class so that students feel less interested in math class.

The problems revealed in this study is whether there is an effect of the use of media-assisted NHT moel Kopiko on learning outcomes Elementary School third grade students Batursari 6 Mranggen. Goals to be achieved in this research is to determine the effect of media-assisted NHT Kopiko on student learning outcomes.

This research is a quantitative research in the form of Pre Experimental Design with design form one group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted in SD Negeri Batursari 6 Mranggen in the first semester of the year 2016/2017. Samples were students of class III totaling 34 students.

Based on the analysis of research data after getting treatment with the use of media-assisted NHT Kopiko, data showed the value of student learning outcomes to average 67.50 pretest and posttest average of 82.50 with n = 34 so db = n-1 = 34 - 1 = 33 obtained t = 8.51. 5% significance level obtained ttable value of 2,03 Because tcount (8.51)> t table (2.03). This shows that the influence of media-assisted NHT Kopiko on the results of students' mathematics learning. As well as the percentage obtained mastery learning on the pretest and posttest increased, namely from 35.20% to 70.50%.

Suggestions to say that the use of assisted NHT Kopiko media can be used as input for teachers in learning and help students to be more skilled in learning.
