Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi operasi hitung campuran kelas III SD Negeri Dongos 04 Jepara. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adaah siswa kelas III SD Dongos Negeri 04. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui tes (pretest-postest), dokumentasi, dan observasi. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian diperoleh (a) bahwa hasil belajar kelas eksperimen dan kontrol berbeda yaitu thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (3,620 > 2,014) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima (b) rataan hitung hasil belajar kelas eksperimen 86 lebih dari kelas kontrol 77,08  (c) 85% siswa kelas eksperimen tuntas belajar. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran STAD (Student Teams Achivement Division) efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi operasi hitung campuran kelas III SD Negeri Dongos 04 Jepara.

The purpose of this study is to know the effectiveness of STAD learning model (Student Teams Achievement Division) on student learning outcomes on the material of class III count operation of SD Negeri Dongos 04 Jepara. This type of research is quantitative research. The subject of this research is the third grade students of SD Dongos Negeri 04. The data in this research is obtained through test (pretest-postest), documentation, and observation. Based on data analysis, the research results obtained (a) that the experiment and control class learning result is different ie tcount is bigger than ttable (3,620> 2.014) then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted (b) average count 86 experiment class learning result more than control class 77, 08 (c) 85% of experimental class students complete study. So it can be concluded that the learning model STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) effective on student learning outcomes on the material of counting operations mixed class III SD Negeri Dongos 04 Jepara.
