Abstract


The present research basically aims at enhancingyoung teachers pedagogical effectiveness by using the role of global competence learning model. The data which is used to apply for the young missioner who wants to prepare as a teacher in Papua and Kalimantan. The young missioners are from the youth organization of OMK (Orang MudaKatolik), the name is KomisiKaryaMisioner (KKM) ParokiKeluarga Kudus Cibinong.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with triangulation of data (observation, interview, and documentation). By means of using global competence learning model in the learning and teaching process, the young teachers will also be more focus on pedagogic process, professional competence and new cognitive skills given in the learning-teaching process as the goal of learning the effectivity of teachers’ pedagogic could be achieved easily. By the interesting and creative learning model, they will feel to get involved actively and will be more communicative and interactive in experiencing every activity of learning-teaching process as well
