Coconut water contains growth substances such as auxin, cytokinins and gibberellins. Aim of this study to determine the effect of addition of coconut water to the raja bulu banana growth case of in vitro culture. The experiment was conducted at the Laboratory of Horticulture Gardens Seeds Tissue Culture in Magelang. The design used was completely randomized design (CRD). Data obtain was analyzed using variance analysis. Experiment result shows the addition of coconut water give real effect to the roots number, but hasn’t showed in roots lenght yet raja bulu banana (Musa  paradisiaca L. AAB Group) in vitro culture significantly.
