Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh belum adanya pengembangan model pembelajaran yang dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif dan menarik, sehingga dalam pembelajaran siswa terlalu pasif, belum adanya pengembangan media pembelajaran yang menarik siswa agar fokus dalam proses belajar di dalam kelas, hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada tema ekosistem masih di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM). Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan model STAD berbantu media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V tema 8 ekosistem di SD Negeri Podosugih 01. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan bentuk desain Pra Experimental Design yang digunakan adalah bentuk One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri Podosugih 01 tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh kelas V SD Negeri Podosugih 01 yang berjumlah 30 siswa dengan 16 siswa laki-laki dan 14 siswa perempuan. Menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian setelah mendapatkan perlakuan menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar IPA pada tema ekosistem menggunakan model STAD berbantu media audio visual dapat meningkat. Hasil belajar IPA pada tema ekosistem yang awalnya memiliki rata-rata 68,333 menjadi 82,333. Persentase ketuntasan klasikal awalnya 50% menjadi 93% maka ketuntasan belajar meningkat sebesar 43%. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh nilai t_hitung = 16,940 > t_tabel =0.695, maka ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar IPA pada tema 8 ekosistem antara pretest dan posttest. Sedangkan dari analisis uji gain diperoleh <g> sebesar 0,4 hasil belajar siswa kategori sedang. Dari hasil penelitian diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa model STAD berbantu media audio visual efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V tema 8 ekosistem di SD Negeri Podosugih 01.

Abstract: This research is based on the absence of the development of learning model that can create active and interesting learning, so that in learning the students are too passive, there is no development of learning media that attract students to focus in the learning process in the classroom, on the theme of the ecosystem is still under the Minimum Criterion Score (KKM). The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of STAD model assisted audio visual media on the learning outcomes of students of class V theme 8 ecosystem in SD Negeri Podosugih 01. This research is a quantitative research with Pre-Experimental Design design that is used is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this research is the students of Grade V of SD Negeri Podosugih 01 academic year 2017/2018. The samples taken are all the class V SD Negeri Podosugih 01 which amounted to 30 students with 16 male students and 14 female students. Using nonprobability sampling technique. This research data is obtained through test, observation, and documentation.Based on the results of analysis of research data after getting treatment showed that the results of science learning on the theme of ecosystem using STAD model assisted audio visual media can be increased. The results of science learning on the theme of the ecosystem that originally had an average of 68.333 to 82.333. Percentage of classical completeness initially 50% to 93% then the learning mastery increased by 43%.The result of analysis by using t test obtained t value = 16,940> ttable = 0.695, hence there is difference of mean of science learning result at theme 8 ecosystem between pretest and posttest. While from gain test analysis obtained <g> equal to 0,4 result of student study of medium category. From the results of the above research can be concluded that the model of STAD assisted audio visual media effective against the results of classroom learning V theme 8 ecosystems in SD Negeri Podosugih 01
