Abstract


Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran picture and picture terhadap keterampilan menulis deskripsi sederhana siswa kelas II SD Negeri 02 Cabean. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk Pre- Eksperimental Design dengan One- Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data dalam penelitian ini di peroleh melalui observasi, angket.dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis angket hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah diberi perlakuan menggunakan model pembelajaran Picture and Picture mengalami peningkatan serta berdasarkan hasil uji-t diketahui > atau 11.4 > 1,695. Kesimpulannya model pembelajaran Picture and picture terbukti efektif terhadap keterampilan menulis deskripsi sederhana siswa.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of picture and picture learning model on the skil of writing simple description of second grade students of SD Negeri 02 Cabean. This type of research is quantitative research in the form of Pre- Experimental Design with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data in this study was obtained through observation, questionnaire and documentation. The result of questionnaire analysis of student learning result before and after being treated using Picture and Picture learning model has increased and based on result of t-test known t_hitung> t_table or 11.4> 1,695. In conclusion the Picture and picture learning model proved to be effective against the students' simple description writing skills.
