Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of students' mathematical problem solving abilities. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of prezi Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning models on students' mathematical problem solving abilities. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Juwana Pati. The study population was all seventh grade students. Through cluster random sampling selected research samples were VII F as experimental class I and class VII C as control class. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation methods, documentation, and test methods. The results showed that: (1) students' mathematical problem-solving ability with Prezi-assisted NHT model was better than conventional with the right-sided t-test calculation obtained t count > t table is 5.479 > 1.7. (2) there is an effect of student activity on mathematical problem-solving ability of students who get Prezi-assisted NHT models with simple linear regression calculations obtained 𝑌1̂=51,604 +0,409𝑋1. (3) there is an effect of students 'activeness on students' mathematical problem solving abilities who get conventional models with simple linear regression calculations obtained 𝑌2̂=68,853 +0,059𝑋2. (4) Mathematical problem solving ability of students using Prezi-assisted Numbered Head Together (NHT) models to achieve classical and individual and conventional learning completeness criteria has not been completed, obtained on individual completeness t count = 11.031 for NHT, thitung = 1.489 for Conventional has not been completed and on classical completeness obtained Z hitung = 2.335 for NHT, Z hitung = -2.604 for Conventional has not been completed.
