Based on the observation at SMP N1 Demak. There are some problems in learning mathematicss class. The mainly problem is old teaching method which is some students cannot learn at all if the teacher are not allowed to be creative. They do not understand the point in doing learning activity for its own sake, for only practicing the learning without real content, purpose, outcome,and etc. In addition students were less able to solve the problem and a lack of interest to learn. The resolve these problems the teacher needs creative methods, one of methods is PowToon with model (CPS). This research aims to develop PowToon assisted app with CPS model. The type of this study is research and development used ADDIE development model that is analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and written tests. Questionnaire addressed to media experts, material experts and student feedback questionnaires. Written tests were conducted in the experimental class treated using PowToon aided learning medium with CPS learning model and control class with conventional learning. PowToon aided media with CPS model that has been developed in the form of video that can run on android smartphone and PC / laptop. The media comes with a quadrangle flat matter description. This application has been validated by the validator and declared valid with the result of the assessment of media experts and material experts, each percentage of 86,52% and 86,67% are in very good category. The results of student responses show the percentage of 90,89% who are in very good category. Result of hypothesis test of final data obtained tct = 6.6170 and t 𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 =1,670. Then t 𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑡> t 𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 , so H0 is rejected. This means that learning outcomes using PowToon aided learning media with CPS learning model on mathematics subjects is better than conventional learning.
