Abstract
This study aims to determine the students' perceptions of the character of mathematics teachers reviewed the ability to think critically high students. This research is a type of qualitative research with qualitative descriptive method. The population in this study is the students of class XI in SMA N 2 Bae Kudus, amounting to 120 students. The sample of this study amounted to 4 students determined by the critical thinking skills test. Data collection methods used in this study are questionnaires and interviews. According to the results of research and discussion, the conclusions of this study are Students' perceptions of the character of math teachers viewed from the critical thinking skills of the high category fall into either category.
