Abstract


This research is motivated by the importance of students' mathematical problem solving abilities. This study aims to determine (1) the differences in students' mathematical problem solving abilities with Flipbook Maker-assisted Think Pair Share better than conventional learning; (2) completeness of students' mathematical problem solving abilities between Prezi-assisted Think Pair Share; (3) there is an effect of activeness on students' mathematical problem solving abilities. This type of research is Quasi Experiment conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Demak. The study population was all seventh grade students. Through cluster random sampling selected research samples are X MIPA 4 as experimental class and X MIPA 1 as control class. Data collection techniques using observation and test methods. The results showed: (1) the students' mathematical problem solving abilities of Think Pair Share were better than conventional classes (2) Think Pair Share class students' mathematical problem solving abilities were complete individually and classically (3) there was an effect of activeness on students' mathematical problem solving abilities with equations regression in the Think Pair Share class Key Words: Think Pair Share, Flipbook Maker, and Troubleshooting
