The problems of this experience is how to develop e-comic learning media for IPA subjects material “Gaya” to increase interest and learning achievement of fourth grade primary school students. One purpose of this research is to develop an e-learning media material comic style that is practical and efficient and favored students. This is a research development R & D. The research steps follow Borg & Gall. Data source come from three lecturers of Primary School Teachers of University of PGRI Semarang, 13 students of class IV SDN Purworejo 02, and 45 students of class IV SDN Bintoro 2. Validation studies involving validator of material development, language validators and validators for media. The results showed e-comic learning media can improve the performance of learners seen from the gain score criteria included moderate, increase active learners, increase the interest of students, and received a positive response from students. This research resulted in the learning with instructional media e-comic for material of “Gaya” for elementary students Class IV.
