Managing an English class was not easy. It needed creativity to bring a new atmosphere to the class. So, the students could enjoy and fun during the teaching and learning process. It was the duty of the teachers to manage the class effectively. The English teaching and learning process could run well if the teachers had some strategies to manage the class. Based on the writer’s best practices, there were a dozen various ways to manage a more fun English teaching and learning process. A dozen various ways were as the following: doing an outdoor classroom activity, using information technology and social media, practicing the students’ skills, using game, through brainstorming and discussing, using song, through group competition, through art and science, using language laboratory facility, using interactive and recycle media, applying peer teaching, and combining some learning models. A dozen various ways to manage a more fun English teaching and learning process were very useful to create joyful and meaningful learning. Moreover, the various ways could add the students’ knowledge, improve the students’ skills, and build the students’ character. Although the writer used them in English subject for Junior High School but the writer convinced that they were very useful for another subject.
