Abstract


Quality school is a dream every nation in the world who care about education. To achieve quality school needs quality management. This discussion examines the integrated quality school management in elementary and secondary education. Quality audit instrument is first and foremost step in the integrated quality. In the implementation in schools at elementary and secondary education, integrated quality management is a movement on human labor in an organization that strives towards excellence in a systematic, consistent and continuous. In addition, the implementation of integrated quality in primary and secondary education is the key to every school in the face of competition is so tight. Integrated quality management can very useful tool in the education field, even though it was developed according to the concept of manufacturing. Therefore, if you want to implement an integrated quality school management in total up to the level of the individual in the organization of school in primary and secondary education, the measure of success is customer satisfaction or the competitiveness of the school. While the end result of the implementation of the integrated management of quality schooling would result in a more efficient school operation and attitude of the team work better.
