Abstract


Ateacher has a strategic role in the human resources development through education, because teacher must always develop his/her insight, knowledge, and skill based on his/her discipline of study. After getting a professional teacher title by having educator certificate through teacher certification program, a teacher must keep and develop his/her professionalism through sustainable profession development (PKB) in order to adjust the changing challenges. PKB is the main element marked its credit as a requirement for teacher’s promotion proposal and functional position. in fact, teacher face some problems in the implementation of PKB, especially in making the plan and competence to do PKB as the sub-element needed, with the result that it needs ideal and teacher based needed PKB implementation model.
