Abstract


Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) have an important role for the Indonesian economy, because this sector can cope with national economic growth, labor absorption and distribution of production results. UKM is also instrumental in distributing development outcomes in addition to the role in national economic growth and labor absorption. E-Commerce has a very significant positive role for both businessmen and people. This research aims to further improve the marketing of UKM products digitally with the utilization of e-commerce as the marketing system used. The method used is qualitative and quantitative, noting how large the response and enthusiasm group UKM Mandiri Sejahtera to the digital marketing system. Hopefully partners can understand how to marketing products online. The research conducted resulted in a percentage of respondents with a rate of hope to promote the product by 34%, making the brand of products 23%, approach to customers 21% and achieve customer satisfaction 22%.
