Abstract

The long-term goal of this activity is to find the concept of entrepreneurship suitable for students. The concept includes aspects of production, aspects of business management and business marketing. This project is expected not to interfere with academic activities, develop a tenant-based business marketing system based on mobile applications that can be accessed through websites and android, and produce at least seven students becoming independent new entrepreneurs per year in the community. As a result, every three years there will be at least 21 new entrepreneurs from the university of PGRI Semarang. The participant recruitment of 21 tenants covers entrepreneurship and personality tests, entrepreneurial experiences, as well as interviews. The 21 PKMK students, non-PKMK students, and alumni successfully passed the recruitment test have the right to attend the entrepreneurship lecture program (KWU) to participate in entrepreneurship capacity building programs, namely 1) entrepreneurship grant training, 2) entrepreneurship internships, and 3) entrepreneurial incubators. Of the 21 students trained in the entrepreneurial capacity building program, it can produce approximately seven independent new entrepreneurial students who are ready to compete in the business establishment per year. To ensure its implementation works well, the executive teams and partner entrepreneurs carried out supervision by monitoring and evaluating the tenants’ activities during the program from training to the end of events. For marketing, there are mobile, and web-based applications for the tenants.
