Abstract


PPUPIK PENA PRIMA (PENDIDIKAN ANAK BERPRIBADI MULIA) is a Comunity program that was successfully developed in the third year with its business unit Daycare PENA PRIMA with the perspective of integrated Children's Rights with extra-curricular Music activities, Children's Vacation Program (Pena Prima Super Camp) and PENA PRIMA music school. This business unit was developed to facilitate young families from lecturers, PGRI Semarang University employees and the general public who have a place to care for children aged 0 to 6 years. The services provided are the Halfday and Fullday programs. Parenting services are carried out with learning and stimulation activities that have the perspective of children's rights, integrated with the Integrative Holistic program. In addition, TPA PENA PRIMA integrates extra-curricular music activities for large groups of children. The next production process is the PENA PRIMA school which is carried out to channel the interests and talents of children in the field of music, the services available are music schools, drums, vocal schools, guitars and keyboards. The purpose of this PPUPIK activity is to foster entrepreneurial traits to gain profit as an additional source of income from the University of PGRI Semarang, to ease the burden on mothers in caring for and caring for children, so that mothers are more focused, calm and comfortable in working. Furthermore, the PPUPIK program also functions as a laboratory for early childhood education students to improve their pedagogical and professional competencies practically. While the specific goal is to establish PENA PRIMA in an integrated and gradual manner which later will become an imagebrand of the early childhood education Study Program, PGRI University, Semarang. The outputs that will be produced by PPUPIK units in the third year are Hybrid PENA PRIMA Apps SIM, NPSN, DAPODIK synchronization, PNAN PAUD Accreditation registration,  accredited target in 2021. The number of TPA students is 30 children, and Pena Prima music school with 10 students.
