One of the skills that is demanded by the 21st century is communication. Improving communication skills can be done through the development of personal interaction skills. Personal interaction skills are a reflection of interpersonal skills and it is required by all individuals to develop themselves. This is the backdrop formulation of research. With regards to education, there is a need to support to increase the competence of teachers in order to improve interpersonal skills. Through various activities in KKG, teachers as learners etc, it is formulated appropriate model for improving interpersonal skills of teachers. This research is Research and Development. Validation of experts and practitioners on the feasibility and enforceability of the design of the conceptual model is 78% (on average validation). This shows that the model is feasible and can be implemented to increase interpersonal skills of teachers through peer tutorial of teacher as learners.
