Research and development is triggered by the process of delivering training material that was conventional, students are less eager to follow the learning materials, students like to play alone during the implementation of learning materials and delivery of learning material atmosphere less pleasant. Therefore it is necessary to support the development of media as learning materials. So the media made a science puppet play book.This study aims to determine how the media development of science puppet play book as supporting material living beings and the environment in the fourth grade Pedurungan Kidul village Semarang. This study uses a research methodology Research and Development (R & D), with the development procedure Borg and Gall.Processing of the data is taken from media expert validation of 94.11% is very feasible, expert validation material 1 equal to 94.23% is very feasible, expert validation material 2 at 90.38% is very feasible, questionnaire responses grade teacher at 88.61% is very feasible and the student questionnaire responses of 91.38% is very feasible. The conclusion of this study is media Science Puppet Play Book is very fit for use as supporting material living beings and the environment in the fourth grade Pedurungan Kidul village Semarang.
