Pembelajaran biologi merupakan pembelajaran sains yang pada hakikatnya merupakan ada kegiatan proses, produk dan sikap untuk siswa, sehingga untuk menemukan konsep materi pembelajaran siswa masih memerlukan bimbingan oleh guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh model pembelajaran guided inquiry berbantu media video klip terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pencemaran lingkungan kelas X. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data penelitian ini yaitu dengan dokumentasi, test, observasi siswa. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan uji ttest. Hasil analisis perhitungan uji ttest menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan hasil uji ttest hasil belajar kognitif diperoleh hasil thitung 2,573 dan ttabel 1,990, aspek afektif diperoleh thitung 8,225 dan ttabel 1,990 dan aspek psikomotorik diperoleh thitung 2,876 sedangkan ttabel 1,990. Analisis hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan model guided inquiry berbantu media video klip berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi pencemaran kelas X.

AbstrakCT - Learning biology is the science learning which there is activity processes, products and attitudes to students, so that to find the concept of learning material students still need guidance by the teacher. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of guided inquiry learning model of media-assisted video clip on the activities and student learning result in the material environmental pollution X class. The method used in this research is data collection with documentation, test, observation of students. Analysis of the data used in this research is ttest. Analytical results of calculation ttest. showed that there was a significant student learning outcomes experimental class and control class with results obtained by the results of the cognitive learning tcount 2,573 and ttable 1,990, affective aspects ttable obtained tcount 8,225 and ttable 1,990 and psychomotor aspects obtained tcount 2,876 while ttable 1,990. Analysis showed learning outcomes experimental class is higher than the control class. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the model of guided inquiry learning with media-assisted video clip positive effect on the student learning outcomes in material contamination X class.
