The population that will be used as the research is all teachers and staff totaling 60 people in SMK Palebon
Semarang. Saturated sampling technique is a sample determination technique if all members of the population
are used as samples. The results of this study indicate that the Public Relations Competency variable has a
positive regression coefficient that is equal to 0.480 with a significance value of 0.000. This shows that the
Public Relations Competence variable is significant at 5% significance level. The Information Processing
variable has a positive regression coefficient of 0.341 with a significance value of 0.000. This shows that the
Information Processing variable has a significant effect on the 5% significance level. The R Square value in
this study is 51.1%
