Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan Discovery Learning berbantu neraca bilangan. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pendekatan Discovery Learning berbantu Neraca Bilangan terhadap hasil belajar matematika materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan kelas III SDN Kaliwinasuh 01 Banjarnegara.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk Pre-Experimental Design jenis One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui proses observasi, wawancara dan pemberian tes. Selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisis melalui tiga tahap yaitu uji normalitas, uji t tes hasil belajar dan ketuntasan hasil belajar. Berdasarkan analisis akhir yang telah dilakukan terlihat dari nilai hasil postest yang menunjukkan pembelajaran dengan metode Discovery Learning berbantu neraca bilangan lebih baik daripada menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Hal tersebut diperkuat dengan hasil analisis akhir yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t menunjukkan bahwa yaitu 5,744   2,16037 maka ditolak dan diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa kelas III SDN Kaliwinasuh Banjarnegara  jika diterapkan pada materi operasi penjumlahan dan pengurangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Discovery Learning berbantu neraca bilangan menjadi lebih baik.

This research applies approach of Discovery Learning assisted balance sheets. The goal to be achieved in this research is to know how the implementation of Discovery Learning approach Balance Sheet Numbers to the results of mathematics learning materials addition and reduction of class III SDN Kaliwinasuh 01 Banjarnegara. This type of research is quantitative research in the form of Pre-Experimental Design type One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The data in this study is obtained through the process of observation, interview and test. Furthermore, the data are analyzed through three stages of normality test, test result t test learning and mastery learning outcomes. Based on the final analysis that has been done visible from the value of posttest results that show learning by the method of Discovery Learning assisted balance numbers better than using conventional learning. This is reinforced by the results of the final analysis that has been done by using the t-test shows that t_hitung>t_table is 5.744> 2.16037 then H_o rejected and H_a accepted so it can be concluded that the results of student learning class III SDN KaliwinasuhBanjarnegara if applied to the material operation sum and the reduction by using the Discovery Learning approach helps the balance sheet to be better.
