ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Keefektifan media Ular Tangga Pintar (UGATAR) Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri Brumbungan Semarang”. Skripsi. Universitas PGRI Semarang. 2017.  Latar belakang yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah rata-rata siswa kelas V SD Negeri Brumbungan Semarang belum mencapai KKM yang 69, media dan model pembelajaran yang digunakan belum tepat, dan siswa masih kesulitan dalam memahami pelajaran IPS materi  perjuangan pada masa penjajahan Belanda dan Jepang. Sehingga pembelajaran berjalan kurang menarik minat belajar dan perhatian siswa yang menyebabkan hasil belajar siswa belum mencapai KKM 69. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah media Ular Tangga Pintar (UGATAR) efektif terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SD Negeri Brumbungan Semarang? Tujuan yang dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan media Ular Tangga Pintar (UGATAR)terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SD Negeri Brumbungan Semarang Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk True Experimental Design tipe PretestPostest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VA dan kelas VB SD Negeri Brumbungan Semarang. Sampel yang diambil adalah 40 siswa kelas VA dan VB dengan menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil dokumentasi, tes, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai posttest pada kelas kontrol dengan rata-rata sebesar 64,67 dan nilai posttest pada kelas eksperimen dengan rata-rata sebesar 77,67. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari hasil belajar kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan uji t didapatkan thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 4,8>2,024. Jadi nilai thitung > ttabel, sehingga hipotesis diterima sehingga media Ular Tangga Pintar (UGATAR) efektif terhadap hasil belajar IPS SD Negeri Brumbungan Semarang.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Snake Smart Staircase (UGATAR) on Student Learning Result of Grade IPS of Grade V Elementary School of Brumbungan Semarang”. Essay. Primary School Teacher Education Study Program. Faculty of Science Education. University of PGRI Semarang 2017.  The encouraging background of this research is that the average of Grade V student of SD Negeri Brumbungan Semarang has not reached the KKM 69, the media and the learning model used are not yet correct, and the student are still difficulties in understanding the IPS lesson of struggle material during Dutch and Japanese colonial period. So that the lesson runs less interest in learning and attention of students that cause student learning outcomes have not The problem in this research is whether the Smart Snake Ladder (UGATAR) media is effective on the IPS students' learning outcomes in grade V of SD Negeri Brumbungan Semarang ? The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of Smart Snake Cloth (UGATAR) media toward the learning result of IPS of V grade students of SD Negeri Brumbungan Semarang This research type is quantitative research in the form of True Experimental Design type PretestPostest Control Group Design. Population of this research is all student of class of VA and class VB SD Negeri Brumbungan Semarang. Sampel taken is 40 students class of VA and VB by using technique of Probability Sampling .The data in this study were obtained from the results of documentation, test, interview and observation. The result of this reseacrh is posttest value in control class with average of 64,67 and posttest value in experiment class with average equal to 77, 67. Based on result of analysis from result of learning of control class and experiment class by using t test obtained t calculate bigger than ttbale that is 4,8>2,024. So the value of tcount>ttable, so the hypothesis is accepted so that Smart Snake Ladder (UGATAR) is effective against the learning outcome of IPS SD Negeri Brumbungan Semarang.
