PENGARUH METODE DEMONSTRASI BERBANTU PERMAINAN LOMPAT TALI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATERI GAYA GRAVITASI

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan dalam pembelajaran. Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, dikarenakan kurangnya inovasi penggunaan media ataupun metode pembelajaran. Salah satu upaya yang dapat digunakan adalah melalui Metode Demonstrasi Berbantu Permainan Lompat Tali. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dalam bentuk Pre Experimental Design yang digunakan adalah One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian, proses pembelajaran yang sebelum  diberi perlakuan sebanyak 45% siswa mencapai ketuntasan belajar klasikal, sedangkan setelah diberi perlakuan menggunakan metode demonstrasi berbantu permainan lompat tali sebanyak 85% siswa mencapai ketuntasan. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar sebelum perlakuan yaitu 65,2, setelah menggunakan metode demonstrasi berbantu permainan lompat tali rata-rata menjadi 80. Sehingga adanya  peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang dilihat dari perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar sebelum dan setelah diberi perlakuan menggunakan metode demonstrasi berbantu permainan lompat tali. Hal ini terbukti pada analisis akhir dengan perhitungan uji t terhadap hasil belajar diperoleh t hitung  =22,584 > t tabel = 1,729 pada taraf siginifikan 5%. Kesimpulannya bahwa Metode Demonstrasi Berbantu Permainan Lompat Tali dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA materi gaya gravitasi siswa kelas V SDN Jatiroto 01 Kayen.

ABSTRACT

This research is based on the problems in learning. The low learning outcomes of students on the subjects of Natural Sciences, due to lack of innovation in the use of media or learning methods. One of the efforts that can be used is through the Demonstration Method Help the Jump Rope Game. This type of research is quantitative in the form of Pre Experimental Design which is used is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Based on the result of the research data analysis, the learning process before being treated as much as 45% of students reached the completeness of classical learning, while after being treated using the method of demonstration assisted rope jumping game as much as 85% of students achieve mastery. Based on the results obtained average learning outcomes before treatment that is 65.2, after using the method of demonstration assisted jump rope game on average to 80. So that the increase in student learning outcomes seen from differences in average learning outcomes before and after treatment Using a rope jumping assisted demonstration method. This is evident in the final analysis with the calculation of t test on the learning results obtained t arithmetic = 22.584> t table = 1.729 at 5% significance level. The conclusion that the Demonstration Method Helped Jump Rope Game can improve the learning outcome of science of gravity grade matter of grade V SDN Jatiroto 01 Kayen.
