Abstract


ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung keterampilan membaca siswa karena masih terdapat siswa yang mengalami kesulitan membaca. Hal tersebut terjadi karena masih ada beberapa siswa yang belum menghafal dengan benar hurufhuruf yang dibaca. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah pengembangan media Big Book berbasis keterampilan membaca siswa kelas I Sekolah Dasar? Tujuan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui pengembangan media Big Book berbasis keterampilan membaca siswa kelas I di Sekolah Dasar. 2) Untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk pengembangan media Big Book berbasis keterampilan membaca siswa kelas I Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research & Development (R&D). Media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan berupa media pembelajaran big book. Data diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan lembar penilaian dari ahli media dan materi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas I SD N 1 Rejosari sebanyak 27 siswa dan siswa kelas I SD N 2 Rejosari sebanyak 21 siswa.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to support the reading skills of students because there are still students who have difficulty reading. This happens because there are still some students who have not memorized correctly the letters that are read. The problem in this research is how is Big Book media development based on reading skill of first grade students of elementary school? The objectives of this research are 1) To know the development of Big Book based on reading skill of grade 1 students in elementary school. 2) To know the feasibility of product development of Big Book media based on reading skill of first grade students of elementary school. This research uses Research & Development (R & D) method. Learning media produced in the form of learning media big book. Data were obtained through interview techniques, observations, and assessment sheets from media and material experts. The subjects of this study are the students of grade I SD N 1 Rejosari as many as 27 students and students of grade I SD N 2 Rejosari as many as 21 students.
