ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini berawal dari hasil observasi dan pengalaman langsung saat peneliti melakukan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan di perkuliahan Magang 3 tahun 2016 di SDN Tlogosari Kulon 05 Semarang, dan berdasarkan hasil observasi dari dua SD lainnya yaitu SDN 02 Buwaran Jepara dan SDN Rejosari 03 Semarang. Peneliti menemukan informasi bahwa permasalahan yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran adalah  kurangnya motivasi belajar dan pemahaman siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena proses pembelajaran yang konvensional berupa ceramah dan terbatasnya media yang mendukung proses pembelajaran sehingga menjadikan siswa kurang aktif dan bersemangat dalam belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakterisitik dan mengembangkan media PAPEBIN BK (Papan Petak Bintang FPB dan KPK) pada pembelajaran  matematika materi FPB dn KPK yang memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif untuk siswa kelas V SD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pengembangan dan penelitia (R&D) dan menerapkan prosedur model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SDN Rejosari 03 Semarang sebanyak 25 siswa. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari angket ahli media, angket ahli materi, angket tanggapan guru, angket tanggapan siswa,hasil nilai pretest-posttest, dan angket motivasi belajar. Hasil analisis dua ahli media sebesar 94% dan 88% sangat layak, dua ahli materi sebesar 96,36% dan 100% sangat layak, angket tanggapan guru sebesar 94% sangat layak dan angket tanggapan siswa sebesar 100% sangat layak. Hasil analisis nilai pretest-postest yang awalnya nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 54,4 menjadi 88,8 dengan selisih peningkatan sebesar 34,4 atau 63,23%. Hasil N Gain sebesar 0,81 yaitu menunjukkan kriteria tinggi, sedangkan hasil analisis angket motivasi belajar siswa dengan jumlah 4948 dengan rata-rata 197,92 dan termasuk kategori penumbuhan motivasi belajar sangat tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media PAPEBIN BK (Papan Petak Bintang FPB dan KPK) mampu menumbuhkan motivasi belajar, memudahkan siswa dalam memahami materi dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam kemampuan pemecahan masalah materi FPB dan KPK. Media PAPEBIN BK (Papan Petak Bintang FPB dan KPK)  dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika materi FPB dan KPK untuk siswa kelas V SD.

ABSTRACT

This research started from the result of direct observation and experience when doing Practice of Field Experience at lecture Magang 3 at SDN Tlogosari Kulon 05 Semarang and the result of direct observation in SDN 02 Buwaran Jepara and SD N Rejosari 03 Semarang. Reseacher find the information that the problems forward matematic learning and the less of motivation to learn students on mathematics subjects. It was  caused by conventional of learning proces and the limited media that support the learning proces. So, it become the students not active enough and interest in studying. The aim of this reseacrh is to know the characteristic and the development in media with called “PAPEBIN BK” whices learning in Mathematics as material of FPB and KPK whiches complete in valid criteria, practice, and effective to 5th grade students in Elementary School. This kind of Research and Development (R&D) and it was applied procedural about ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementatio, and Evluation) as model. The subject of this research is 25 students of 5th grade students in Rejosari 03 Semarang.  The research of data is getting from quesioner by media’s expert, material’s expert, teachers responses, student’s responses, motivation to learn , the research of pretes-posttest score . The research of analysis on media’s expert 94% and 88% that is very fair, material’s expert 96,36% and 100% means very fair, quesioner teacer’s responses 94% it also same very fair, and quesioner student’s responses 100% very fair too. The analysis has result in pretestposttes score in SDN Rejosari 03 Semarang which the first mean of pretest score 54,4 becomes 88,8 with differences raising 34,4 or 63,23%. The result of N Gain 0,81%. It refers that the criteria is high, on the other hand the result of quesioner motivation to learn students totally 4948 with an average 197,92 and this is category of the growth of learning motivation is very high In this case “PAPEBIN BK” as a media has showing that it can can make grow a motivation of learning, students can more understand the material and improve student learning outcomes about the problem solving ability of FPB material and KPK easily. This media can uses to media of learning mathematics material FPB and KPK for grade 5 students.
