Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar pretest danย posttest denganย model probing prompting terhadap hasil belajar IPA materi daur air siswa Kelas V SDNย Warangan 1 Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas V SDN Warangan 1 Kabupaten Magelang yang berjumlah 25 siswa, sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 25 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik non probability sampling sengan jenis sampling jenuh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh data dari pretest dan posttest analisis tahap akhir dengan uji t diperoleh ๐กโ๐๐ก๐ข๐๐=8,1116. Dari daftar distribusi t dengan db=25-1 =24 dan taraf nyata 5% diperoleh ๐ก๐ก๐๐๐๐=2,064. Karena kriteria pengujian ๐กโ๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ > ๐ก๐ก๐๐๐๐ maka ๐ป๐ diterima. Berdasarkan KKM yang ditentukan sekolah yaitu 65, rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang diberikan perlakuan dengan menerapkan model probing prompting yaitu 79,2 telah mencapai KKM. Dapat disimpulkan terdapat peningkatan pada penerapan model probing prompting pada materi daur air terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN Warangan 1 Kabupaten Magelang.

Abstract
The objectives of this research was to find out the difference of result in pretest andย posttest usingย probing prompting model toward the result of learning IPA with the material water cycle in fifth grade students of SDNย Warangan 1 Kabupaten Magelang. This research was experiment research with the one group pretest posttest design. The population of this research was all of the fifth grade students SDN Warangan 1 Kabupaten Magelang which the total was 25 students. The sample of this research was 25 students which were taken by the technique non probability sampling with the full sampling type. Based on the result of this research,ย the data showed that analysis of pretest and posttest in final step, the t-test was 8,1116. From the data of t distribution with df=25-1=24 with the significant taraf 5%, t-table was 2,064. Because t-test > t-table, so the Ha was accepted. Based on the KKM of the school was 65, the mean of the studentsโ result with taught using probing prompting model was 79,2, so it has been reached the KKM. It can be concluded that there was an improvement in applying probing prompting model with the material water cycle toward the result of learning IPA in fifth grade students of SDNย Warangan 1 Kabupaten Magelang.ย Keywords: probing prompting model, the result of learning IPA
