Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas V di SDN Getasblawong Kabupaten Kendal pada mata pelajaran matematika. Melihat kondisi seperti itu perlu diupayakan penerapan model. Model yang diterapkan adalah model team assisted individualization. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian pre-experimental design. Jenis desain yang digunakan dari pre-experimental design ini adalah desain one-group pretestposttest design (satu kelompok pretes – postes). Hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh rata-rata pretest sebesar 64,81 dengan nilai tertinggi 85 dan nilai terendah 35. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 76,92 dengan nilai tertinggi 95 dan nilai terendah 60. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikan 5%  menyatakan bahwa nilai thitung lebih besar dari pada nilai ttabel (7,511 > 2,008) yang artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model team assisted individualization efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Persentase hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM pada hasil pretest yang diperoleh sebesar 53,85% atau sejumlah 14 siswa dari 26 siswa. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil Posttest jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM sebesar 88,46% atau sejumlah 23 siswa dari 26 siswa.

Abstract

This study is based on the low learning outcomes of students of class V in SDN Getasblawong Kendal Regency in the subjects of mathematics. Given such conditions it is necessary to apply the model. The model applied is a team assisted individualization model. This research type is quantitative research with research method of pre-experimental design. The type of design used from this preexperimental design is the one-group pretest-posttest design (one group of pretes - postes). The calculation results obtained pretest average of 64.81 with the highest value of 85 and the lowest value 35. While the average posttest value of 76.92 with the highest value of 95 and the lowest value 60. Based on the test hypothesis with 5% significant level states that T_hitung value greater than the value t_table (7.511> 2.008) which means H0 rejected and Ha accepted. From these results it can be concluded that the learning by using team assisted individualization model is effective against student learning outcomes. The percentage of student learning outcomes shows the number of students who reached KKM on pretest result obtained by 53.85% or a number of 14 students from 26 students. Meanwhile, based on Posttest result, the number of students who reach KKM is 88.46% or 23 students from 26 students.
