Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas IV di SDN Getasblawong Kabupaten Kendal pada mata pelajaran matematika. Melihat kondisi seperti itu perlu diupayakan penerapan model. Model yang diterapkan adalah model pembelajaran Course Review Horay . Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pre-experimental design, dengan jenis desain onegroup pretest-posttest design. Hasil penelitian diperoleh berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest. Hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh rata-rata pretest sebesar 65,58 dengan nilai tertinggi 85 dan nilai terendah 40, sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest yang diperoleh sebesar 79,04 dengan nilai tertinggi 95 dan nilai terendah 60. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikan 5%, menyatakan bahwa nilai thitung lebih besar dari pada nilai ttabel (10,129 > 2,008) yang artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Course Review Horay efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Presentase hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM pada hasil pretest yang diperoleh sebesar 53,85% atau sejumlah 14 siswa dari 26 siswa. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil Posttest jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM sebesar 88,46% atau sejumlah 23 siswa dari 26 siswa.

Abstract

This study is based on the low learning outcomes of fourth graders in SDN Getasblawong Kendal Regency on math subjects. Given such conditions it is necessary to apply the model. The model applied is the Course Review Horay learning model. The design used in this research is pre-experimental design, with one-group design type pretest-posttest design. The results were obtained based on pretest and posttest results. The calculation results obtained pretest average of 65.58 with the highest value of 85 and the lowest value of 40, while the average value of posttest obtained 79.04 with the highest value of 95 and the lowest value 60. Based on the hypothesis test with a significant level of 5% , States that the value of t_hitung is greater than t_table value (10,129> 2,008) which means H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. From these results it can be concluded that the learning by using the Course Review Horay learning model effective on student learning outcomes. The percentage of student learning outcomes shows the number of students who reached the KKM on the pretest result obtained by 53.85% or a number of 14 students from 26 students. Meanwhile, based on Posttest result, the number of students who reach KKM is 88.46% or 23 students from 26 students.
