Abstrak

Permasalahan yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPA siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui keefektifan model group investigation berbantu media datarsia materi sifat-sifat cahaya terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPA siswa kelas V SDN Gabus 01 Pati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen. Diperoleh hasil penelitian rata-rata hasil pretest pada kelas kontrol 44,00 dan kelas eksperimen 44,33. Dan rata-rata hasil posttest kelas kontrol 72,17 dan kelas eksperimen 81,33. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model group investigation berbantu media datarsia efektif terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPA siswa kelas V SDN Gabus 01 Pati.

Abstract

The underlying problem of this research is the low comprehension ability of science concept of students. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group investigation model assisted media datarsia material properties of light to the ability of understanding the concept of science IPA class V SDN Gabus 01 Pati. The research method used is experimental research method. The results obtained from the average pretest result in control class 44.00 and experimental class 44,33. And average posttest result of control class 72,17 and experiment class 81,33. So it can be concluded that the group investigation model assisted media datarsia effective on the ability of understanding the concept of science class V SDN Gabus 01 Pati.
