Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi rendahnya hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran matematika dan keaktifan siswa yang kurang maksimal.Dengan kondisi tersebut, perlu diupayakan adanya model pembelajaran. Model yang diterapkan adalah model pembelajaran take and give. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD 1 Pladen Kudus. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah control group pretest posttest desain. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari nilai rata-rata hasil posttest siswa kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode ceramah sebesar 49,13, dan rata-rata nilai hasil posttest kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan model take and give berbantu media PANUSBATAR  sebesar 78,07. Dari tabel uji t diperoleh thitung = 6,440untuk α = 0,05, maka diperoleh ttabel = 2,014. Karena thitung > ttabel yaitu 6,440 > 2,014,  maka Hoditolak. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran take and give berbantu media PANUSBATAR lebih baik daripada hasil belajar siswa yang hanya menggunakan metode ceramah SD 1 Pladen Kudus.

Abstract

This research is based on the low learning result of the students of mathematics subject and the students' activity which is less than the maximum. Under these conditions, efforts should be made to model learning. The model applied is a take and give learning model. This research was conducted in SD 1 Pladen Kudus. The design used in this research is control group pretest posttest design. The result of this research was obtained from the mean score of posttest result of the control class students using the lecture method of 49.13, and the average posttest result of the experimental class by using take and give model assisted PANUSBATAR media of 78.07. From table t test obtained t_hitung = 6.440 for α = 0.05, then obtained t_table = 2.014. Because t_count> t_table is 6.440> 2.014, then H_o is rejected. So, it can be concluded the average value of student learning outcomes using take and give learning model assisted PANUSBATAR media is better than the results of student learning using only the method of lecture SD 1 Pladen Kudus.
