PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA POP-UP TEMA PENDIDIKAN UNTUK SISWA KELAS III SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstrak

Landasan penelitian ini didasari dari oleh kurangnya media yang digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran KTSP tematik sehingga rendahnya konsentrasi belajar, siswa memerlukan media agar pembelajaran lebih menarik dan bermakna. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, media pop-up dapat dijadikan alternatif  media pembelajaran. Karena media pop-up merupakan media yang mengintegrasikan mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Matematika dan Penjasorkes, sehingga dapat membantu guru untuk menumbuhkan suasana kelas yang aktif dan pengalaman belajar siswa yang maksimal. Media ini juga dapat menyajikan pengetahuan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Penelitian menggunakan metodologi penelitian Research dan Development (R&D). Model pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian adalah 12 siswa kelas III SDN 01 Honggosoco yang dilakukan pada tanggal 22-23 Mei 2017 dan 32 siswa kelas III SDN 06 Hadipolo, Jekolo, Kudus yang dilakukan pada tanggal tanggal 23-24 Mei 2017. Dari hasil penilaian oleh ahli media yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan guru didapat rata-rata persentase keidealan 89% dengan kriteria “Baik Sekali”, hasil tanggapan guru dari kedua sekolah tersebut diperoleh hasil rata-rata keidealan sebesar 98% dengan kriteria “Baik Sekali”, dan hasil tanggapan siswa kelas III dari kedua sekolah dasar memiliki rata-rata persentase keidealan sebesar 95% dengan kriteria “Baik Sekali”. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media Pop-Up telah dinyatakan validdan praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This research based on the lack of media that used by teacher during teaching thematic of KTSP. It makes the low concentration during study in class.  Students need media in order to the teaching learning process be more interesting and meaningful. Based on that case, pop-up media can used as alternative media of  learning. Because, pop-up media is a media which integrates the subjects of The Science of Natural, Mathematics and Education Physical Health and Sports. So it help teacher make the class to be more active and increase of student experiences of study.Pop-up media also serves cognitive knowledge, affective, and physichomotor. Research uses research methodologyResearch and Development (R & D). The development model uses ADDIE model. The subjects of research is 12 students of  III grade SDN 01 Honggosoco that was conducted on 22-23 May 2017 and 32 students of III grade SDN 06 Hadipolo, Jekolo, Kudus that was conducted on 23-24 May 2017. Based on the assessment of media that was conducted by lecturers and teachers, the result of mean percentage is 89% with include "Very Good" criteria, the results of teacher responses from both of that  schools obtained an average of ideal results of 98% with the criteria of "Very Good", and the results of class III student responses from both Elementary schools have an average percentage of ideality of 95% with the criteria of "Very Good". This indicates that the Pop-Up media has been declared valid and practically used in primary school learning.
