Abstract


Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media komik yang layak untuk pembelajaran tentang sumber energi dan kegunaannya pada kelas III SD Negeri Pandeanlamper 04 Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III SD Negeri Pandeanlamper 04 Semarang semester II. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket, observasi, dan wawancara. Instrumen penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan validitas isi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Media komik dikembangkan mengacu pada tahap pengembangan ADDIE yang dikelompokkan dalam lima tahap, yakni analisis, rancangan, pengembangan, implemetsi dan evaluasi. Media komik yang dikembangkan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif layak diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. Secara kuantitatif, penilaian dari ahli materi dan ahli media masing-masing adalah penilaian oleh pakar validasi media 1 diperoleh persentase 88%, hasil penelitian oleh pakar media 2 diperoleh persentase sebesar 83%, dari hasil penilaian ahli material 1 diperoleh hasil 88%, bahan expert assessment 2 diperoleh 80%. Sementara itu, penilaian yang diberikan oleh siswa diperoleh 90,71% dan praktisi guru memperoleh persentase 87,15%. Secara kualitatif, media komik “Misugi Anaya” mampu menarik perhatian siswa untuk belajar, emudahkan belajar siswa, serta merangsang siswa mengingat materi secara lebih mudah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop comic media which is feasible for learning about energy source and its usefulness in class III SD Negeri Pandeanlamper 04 Semarang. This research uses research and development method. The subject of this research is the third grade students of SD Negeri Pandeanlamper 04 Semarang II. The data were collected by questionnaire, observation, and interview. The research instrument was tested using content validity. The technique of data analysis using descriptive quantitative and qualitative. Comic media developed refers to the development stage of ADDIE which is grouped in five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The comic media developed in both quantitative and qualitative ways is applicable in learning. Quantitatively, the assessment of the material experts and media experts respectively is the assessment by media validation experts 1 obtained percentage 88%, the results of research by media experts 2 obtained a percentage of 83%, from the assessment of material expert 1 obtained 88% results, materials expert assessment 2 obtained 80%. Meanwhile, the assessment given by the students is 90.71% and the teacher's practitioners get the percentage of 87.15%. Qualitatively, the comic media "Misugi Anaya" is able to attract students' attention to learn, ease student learning, and stimulate students to remember the material more easily.
